Всё, понравилось, главное всё во время, чисто, красивый ремонт, для пары выбор то, что нужно, современно, наличие всего необходимого, стиралка, утюг, чайник, холодильник, телевизор на андройде, вай-фай

Advantages:

Отличная уютная квартира. Хозяйка вежливая, пошла на уступки по времени заселения. Белье чистое, есть все необходимое для проживания.

Disadvantages:

Не самое удобное расположение, как мне показалось, но рядом хватает магазинов и заведений общественного питания. До центра довольно близко.
